Definitely stop feeding your dogs grapes, you are giving them a toxic substance.
Here is a site that lists the plants, vegetables and fruits that are toxic to the canine species:

All fruit isn't bad, just certain types. My dogs love fruit too. My lab used to eat the mangoes that fell in my back yard.

some fruit is fine for dogs. Mine love banana, mandarines and apple. Given 1/2 a chance they would gorge themselves on grapes, but they are poisonous to dogs. Anything that is a derivative of a grape is also bad, ie raisins etc. They affect the kidneys and in large quantities can cause kidney failure.

Grapes are actually toxic for dogs and should be avoided. Other fruits are generally OK though too much may give them gas or other digestive upsets. I used to have dogs that ate the peaches that fell off our tree without incident.

Grapes and Raisins are actually poisonous to dogs, and bananas aren't very good for the digestion avoid most fruits. Also, stay away from macedamia nuts, avocados, chocolate, and onions. Garlic is okay!

Grapes are a no-no. I'm not sure why. But log onto the ASPCA website, and search 'grapes', They'll tell you DON'T give your dog grapes. Or raisins. Or anything else made from grapes.
Kiwi, melons (all kinds), apples, pears, strawberries seem to be fine. My dog eats them and is very healthy. I don't think it's bad for his digestion.

My dog eats anything that touches the floor. My family is a BIG fruit eater, grapes,apples,peaches,pears,strawberrys,blueberrys...etc....a lot of times we give him the core of the apples, peaches and pears. He is totally fine except for his age!!!(6 years old in human years)But we have been giving fruit all the time through his life...so I think its ok...but I have a Golden Retriever so it might be diffrent from your dog by the breed.- Hope I helped!!!

My dog is potty about raspberries, strawberries, apples and pears. My vet says its fine. Here's a tip - if ever you have to give your dog pills, buy some dried apricots, make a slit on one and hide the pills that way. My dog was virtually telling me that it was time for his pill!

Remember that onions and chocolate are toxic to all animals, I think, other than people. Dogs do well with fruits and vegetables. A couple of grapes are probably harmless, especially if you haven't seen any problems. Watch out for choking on them. My dog hates them.

I have seen a dog eat bananas on a daily basis and be perfectly healthy. Give a chav fruit, and he/she will probably also have a sore stomach because he/she is not used to fresh food.
