IF you think it is not, then why do people spend a lot of the time on there pc? those of who talk to people always.

male say, yes it is good, but female, never agree to it. they not same as male, can you see that people?

Well its kind of dangerous first of all but some of them end up really good just be careful.

Good in the aspect that you can make new friends to chat with on line. I "talk" with several different people (mostly those lonely soldiers overseas) and I'm pretty sure that it's understood (on both ends) that this is something that is NEVER going ANYWHERE. All parties involved are just lookin' to hold a decent conversation and that's understandable. It gets to be a "bad idea" when you go in thinking that on-line chat could lead to a legitimate relationship. Don't get me wrong, there are some people who took that chance of finding love on-line and it worked for them. The majority of the time, you playing with fire not knowing who's really at the other end of that Internet connection and what their TRUE intentions are. I am not sayin' DON'T do it. I'm just sayin' if you're lookin' 2 get into a relationship of any meaning or value, DON'T do it.

I do not think you should ever actually physically meet someone who you only know from the interent. There is no way to know who they relaly are when you have never met them face to face. The chances of them being unsafe are just way too high.
But if you mean meeting a person online as in talking to them on the interent it is okay. People who talk to other people online may talk to them because they are bored, or lonely, or just find it entertaining to talk to people that they don't know.

- Most on are line to full fill the down time.
- Singles, its great way to learn how to interact...
-Some do meet and actually fall in love and get married. I know a few.
- Chat rooms are dangerous. You never know who is on the other end.
- Personally, the only people I have met online are in gaming clans or leagues and they're great! We not only text chat but voice chat. So we get to know one another fairly well. Not to mention all the lan events..

its cool to know people from around the world, make friends, find compassion and kindness and learn from other cultures...it can only make you a wiser person in the end.
its very difficult to maintain a romance unless both parties are willing to take the risks and go the distance. peace

i don't think there is much harm in talking to people online but meeting them in person can be dangerous

i think its a great idea 2 meet ppl online...i talk 2 many ppl online that i really dont know i mean i've seen their pics and stuff....i like meeting completely new ppl like ppl from different countries...i love those BRITS!!! lol

It just depends on the people and how brave you are. It also has to do with how well you protect yourself and your identy. It makes a big difference.
