i talk too much?

i need some help, cuz i talk too much for a boy, and half of the stuff i say, gets me in trouble, and im tired of it, i need to learn to shut up badly can some one tell me how to be quiet?

dont tell me to close my mouth cuz thats not gonna help, i need to start from the inside to the out

I'm thinking this will be very hard to do. I am thinking that your brain goes so fast that you talk before you realize that you are speaking. Try to slow the brain and the mouth. Use the brain to ask yourself if this is really necessary--to talk--and to say what you were about to say. Try to use the brain for thinking--not talking. Try to be a thinker. It will not be easy--you are so accustomed to speaking first--then thinking. Give it a try and good luck.

I doubt you talk too much, there's no such thing.
Chances are you are a very informative person and I am sure you have interesting things to say. The problem isnt that you talk too much, the problem is people don't have enough patience.

However, to be fair, if you enjoying talking, find out what interests the other person and talk to them about that... this way they dont think youre talking too much.

Learn to listen. Start by listening to yourself and pondering about what you are really trying to achieve. This, in itself, can be a startling revelation. Then think about what the other person is hearing, and the meaning they are deriving from what you say.

Talking little is natural... it's difficult to talk a lot. Do you notice how, usually, talking is a mistake or unnecessary?
