Best way to ask a girl to a party?

Im interested in a girl at school and Im not sure how to ask her to a holiday work party. Is it okay to ask her to go with me or should I ask her on a more personal date first?

You should ask her out. For the work party and tell her you had a great time then go for a real date.

well if u want to go out with her then ask her out on a date then suggest the party. but if u want nothing more then go with her to the party then just ask her to go with u to the party.good luck

Just ask her to go. "hey, want to go to a party?"
