Hello j.mehaidli,

I'm sorry J. Mac OS 9x isn't really supported anymore. The newest Macintosh computers are not able to access classic programs anymore. So the downloads may have some problems. You may need to buy some used CDs of the upgrade that has various other support files (such as fonts and languages).

Maybe I'm thinking of 9.2, that was only meant as a means of being accessed through Mac OS X in what was called Classic mode.

See if you can find a Macintosh dealer, or a computer users group in your area. You could look in the back of various Mac magazines to see if you can get used CD upgrades. Another option is Ebay.

Best of luck to you.
