Those illegals apparently worked for a rat-a** construction company.Scum-bag contractors hire illegals all the time.I known, I was a supervisor for one, and when I complained to the owner about shoddy work,no English and throwing trash on the site he told me to bear with it "hell I don"t pay them hardly nothing"The best thing was he got several fines by OSHA. If they can"t speak or understand english you have to show them and when you walk away they screw it up anyway.And the B.S, about them doing jobs Americans won"t do makes me sick. When a qualified mason makes $20 and you replace him with illegals for $8-10per hr.how can Americans compete?The price of construction goes up, and wages and workman ship go down.Sorry for ranting, but after 45 years working in the field I hate what illegals are doing to the industry.IT SUCKS!
