i wanna remember stuff more....like i forget alot of stuff, i need sum help, any ideaz?

Doing crosswords, word games, number games (like Sudoku) are really really good for expanding your memory.

As someone mentioned the other day here walking helps your memory so walk more along with playing memory games like getting someone to get a bunch of cards a with a few pairs lay them down face up let you look at them for just a moment then turn them over and try and remember where all the pairs where, you have to stimulate your brain look it up on the net there will be plenty of games for helping with your memory. Also some foods help with it too look up diets for a good memory

There are games that you can play that will increase your thinking skills and consequently help with your memory.
Try skill building games like memory card games, cross word puzzles, suduki, etc...

sometimes it deals with your age,when someone get older ,we easily forget about things.but how can u remember thing,i do think,dont think alot of stress you brain.your braiin is the main function of you,so i think is something that deals with ur brain
