need help in designing bookcases for school/college libraries.plz let me kno ur problems with the existing bookcases/racks if any or anything u would like to add to the existing design or any special need?

I design libraries. You want sheving units that are mostly 8" or 10" deep, 12 " for oversized reference books and children's books. You will also need magazine racks, newspaper racks, atlas/dictionary stand. Biggest problem I see is inadequate task lighting and not enough confy seating.

Get the books in A-z order .Separate fiction from
nonfiction books
Have a separate corner for poetry books

book bindigs are broken (spines)

musty smell
