I manage this tale as fable, yet that does no longer imply a fairy tale. fable, in theological words, is a narrative that tells actuality, yet for which the main factors is probably no longer actuality in and of themselves. E.g., this tale is approximately our introduction via God, our courting with Him, the character of solid and Evil, our function as stewards of the Earth, etc. although, what i detect extremely exciting in this tale is how cutting-edge technological know-how states that each and every thing above Carbon or so (all atoms bigger than 6 on the Periodic table) have been created in super Novae. we've a basic volume of those issues in us, eg Calcium (atomic weight 20) in our bones and tooth, the iron in our blood (atomic weight 26), and the different minerals and so on. Technically, we've very much of 'stardust' in us, so, in actuality, we are made up of dirt!

2:7 And the Lord God formed man of the slime of the earth: and breathed into his face the breath of life, and man became a living soul.

1:26. And he said: Let us make man to our image and likeness: and let him have dominion over the fishes of the sea, and the fowls of the air, and the beasts, and the whole earth, and every creeping creature that moveth upon the earth.
1:27. And God created man to his own image: to the image of God he created him: male and female he created them.
1:28. And God blessed them, saying: Increase and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it, and rule over the fishes of the sea, and the fowls of the air, and all living creatures that move upon the earth. [...]
1:31. And God saw all the things that he had made, and they were very good. And the evening and morning were the sixth day.

Genesis is creation, we are in procreation.

God made a man from dirt. Doesn't take much dirt to do that.

Clay pots is made from clay and there's still clay. All things was taken from the ground or found in earth. minerals, medicine, material, wood, you name it. This is a creative process the way God took dust and formed a man. He is awesome isn't he!
