"Fear not" appears 365 times in the bible. And this often came up when an angel appeared to someone. Interestingly enough, there are also 365 days in a year!

Kill.

In Ephesians, he said to rip open pregnant women and dash babies against the stones. He told Noah to pack it up so he could kill everybody. God told Abraham to kill his son Isaac (then at the last minute had him kill a sheep). God tells Moses and Aaron to smite the river to turn it to blood. He had the walls of Jerico come down and told Joshua to kill everybody inside. God tells Joshua that he may kill the Amaleks. He told bears to kill 40 children for calling his prophet "baldy". God told lot to find people in the city not to kill, knowing that he wouldn't find any then tells Lot to leave to he can kill them. God tells countless numbers of people to kill countless numbers of animals for his pleasure. God tells parents to kill their children if they curse or hit them. God tells people to kill any ox that gores them. God tells people to kill witches. God tells people to kill anybody who lies with a beast. God tells people to kill anybody who gives a sacrifice to another god. God says to kill anybody who breaks the Sabbath. God told the sons of Levi to kill their neighbors (about 3000 men). God says that if you can't convert someone, then break their neck. God says to kill anyone who "gives his seed" to Molech. God says to kill both parties in an adultery. God says to kill anybody who has sex with his father's wife. If someone has sex with his daughter-in-law, God says to kill them both. God says to kill anybody who lies with another man (both of them). God says if you have sex with your wife and mother-in-law, all three are to be killed. If a priest's daughter "plays the whore", she's to be killed. God says to kill anybody who blasphemes. God tells the Israelites to "chase" their enemies and make them "fall before you by the sword." He figures five of the Israelites will be able to "chase" a hundred of their enemies, and a hundred will be able to "put ten thousand to flight."

(And that's much of it up through Leviticus. There's plenty more.)

SInce he supposedly told thousands of people in the Bible to kill millions of others, that would have to be the most iterated command. A search of the word "kill" came up with 420 results.

It would be ironic that "Fear not" is more prevalent, given how nasty and cruel God is in the Bible.

Mt 22:36-39 “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?”
Jesus replied: “ ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’
This is the first and greatest commandment.
And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’

The command mentioned most often in the bible is "Love one another" "Love each other as I have loved you."

No, but the most important is Love God with all your heart, mind, and strength, and the second one is love thy neighbor as yourself.
