It depends whether the imaginary friend is comformatable with it, last thing you want is to be charged with rape by your own imaginary friend.

I am not sure how that's possible. If you are having sex with an "imaginary friend" it's likely that you are actually having sex with yourself, which is masterbating.
Masterbating is pretty normal and it's exploration- so that wouldnt be a problem. On the other hand, having an imaginary friend may be not such a good thing b/c if your old enough to masterbate or have sex then youre too old for imaginary friends.
