here's what happened guys...
i was petsitting an other male pomeranian, and he was really anoying because he knew that she was in heat and stuff...so i would keep him in the bathroom all the time, and i told every one in my familly that we had to keep him in the bathroom. soo at lunch, we were talking and stuffs. and bijou, my dog was outside playing in the dirt or something, and my little brother whent to the bathroom, and he let bear ( the male dog) out just on purpose...( my little brother is 4) and i did not even notice, until 10 minutes i heard a noise, like dogs winning. and then i figured out that bear was with Bijou. so i rushed out side and i found out the go stuck together! so my mom, a friend and me pulled them apart....and yeah...that's what happened.

The responsible thing to do would be to take her to the vet to get her spayed and the litter aborted. If you have a dog, and have not had her spayed, hopefully you know that she's much too young to have puppies now.

The truth is, your dog doesn't need you or a vet to give birth. Your dog's instincts are very powerful and she will know what to do when the time comes. Animals deliver their own babies all the time without "help" from humans, often without people knowing that the birth has occurred! Medical intervention is rarely necessary for animals. Society has trained us to think that birth is unnatural and requires medical professionals and interventions, but the opposite is true (is it any wonder why there's been an increase in popularity for women to give birth at home or birthing center, not in the hospital, because they've realized birth is natural and not a sickness? Hospitals are for sick people and high risk pregnancies).
Quite often, animals will get nervous or violent if someone tries to "help" them with birth. It's not that they don't love their owners, but the maternal instinct to protect their babies is strong and they don't understand that you are trying to help. Your presence may make her more nervous or distracted, so the best thing to do is just leave her alone and give her space.
What you SHOULD do is take your dog to the vet for a checkup and discuss the situation. Your vet will be able to give you the best advice, not anyone on Yahoo answers. They can do sonograms and let you know how many puppies there are so you know how many to look for once your dog gives birth.
Once she's given birth and weaned the puppies, take her right back to the vet and do what every responsible pet owner should do: have her spayed.

Why was she not spayed! And allowed to mate! I would suggest getting some info from the vet...most dogs will do all the delivery work themselves, however you should be aware of what is NOT normal so you can help her along or at least get her to a vet if there is an emergency. You can always have her spayed, they can still do it if she is early in the pregnancy. If you do decide to let her have pups, please spay her as soon as the pups are weaned. Already a huge pet overpopulation problem, and more pups would be a bad thing.

Poor puppy! She's not even fully developed yet. That's way too young to carry puppies. She's in the high risk category, and really needs to be seen by a vet.

She should have been spayed a long time ago. Now she's in a bad way because of your irresponsibility. Now it's time to step up to the plate and do the right thing. Take her to the Vet and have her spayed.

If it is still early, you can take her to the vet and have her spayed. She is really too young for a first litter and spaying is best for her long-term health anyway. It also best not to add to the population of unwanted puppies.

There isn't much you can do until they start coming out, let her push them out normally, but if they seem to be stuck and not coming completely out, pull them gently, and place them in front of her after you remove the sac from their face. If she ignors them at first, clean them up, rub them vigorously with clean towels until they whimper. Then give them back to her. She may be too young to accept them. She should however eat the placenta from them, if not your going to have to clip them about 1 1/2 inches from their tummies.

You dont, just let her be, if you start meddling with them, she might reject them, they are pretty self sufficient in that area. Only if she seems to be having problems call the vet.
