The New Encyclopædia Britannica says: “Neither the word Trinity, nor the explicit doctrine as such, appears in the New Testament, nor did Jesus and his followers intend to contradict the Shema in the Old Testament: ‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord’ (Deut. 6:4). . . . The doctrine developed gradually over several centuries and through many controversies. . . . By the end of the 4th century . . . the doctrine of the Trinity took substantially the form it has maintained ever since.”—(1976), Micropædia, Vol. X, p. 126

The Spirit of God(Holy Spirit), who leads and guides you is apart of the Holy trinity. The Holy trinity consists of God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. When you have the Holy Spirit you have a form of God walking and talking with you. This is why before Christ ascended to the heavens, he blew on the disciples and they received the Holy Spirit right then. It's from God. That's why He said He's not leaving them, His spirit will be there, even though the physical body wasn't. And it's available to all who want it.

Yes in the Trinity it is 3 persons not 3 Gods and what the Spirit hears from the Father and the Son He reveals to men. Being eternal they communicate differently than we do but this is written for us to learn how all 3 persons are involved in the redemption of man.

The Holy Spirit says whatever God says. God is in heaven and Jesus is seated at His right hand. The ministry of the Holy Spirit is still active on the earth until the return of Christ.

The very first thing we must understand about the Holy Spirit is that He is indeed God.God has chosen to express Himself to mankind as Father,as Son and as the Holy Spirit. These are the expression of three distinct Persons(personalities),yet the three are one.
The Holy Spirit is God's gift to every believer. The work of the Holy Spirit comes to dwell within the believer to minister to him personally. He testifies of our relationship with God,He teaches ( John 14:26).He helps us live a life pleasing to God so that we will not gratify the desire of the sinful nature. He helps us in our weaknesses,we don't know what we ought to pray but the Holy Spirit will give us utterance. He gives life to our bodies.God also wants to fill and baptize the believer with the Holy Spirit to empower him to serve and glorify God in the world. He gives us Power to and boldness to witness.(Acts 1:8) He brings a fresh understanding of the Word of God.He fills our Spirit with true worship to God.He will guide you into all truth.
by the time you accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, the Holy Spirit indwells within us.
Holy Spirit's relationship to the Scriptures:Author of the scriptures.Holy Spirit led men to speak for God.(2 Tim.3:16)All Scripture is God-breathed(Spirit)
One armour of God is more than defensed is the Sword of the Spirit which is the Word of God.Produces "Fruit of the Spirit" in every believers life....and we are marked with Christ with the seal of the Holy Spirit....

Speaking with the Father's authority.
The Holy Spirit is a gift from God (who is God) who lives in all Christians. There are three separate persons of God, but they are all God. Even back in Genesis, he said "let us" do something....forget what, but he said it, which means he is in three persons.

The better way to look at this is that God is all three... Father, Son (Jesus) , and Holy Spirit. So being one, He won't speak independant of his other "parts".

separate, but also the same. The three parts have levels of authority. The Father is first in command, the son(Jesus)second in command&the Holy Spirit third. The holy spirit will only say or do what its told by one of the other two.
