well, a friend of mine likes me a lot and i can't feel the same for him but recently we've gotten closer and well today, he was telling me about how he feels about me and started crying?! Why would he do that...I've never had a guy cry for ME like that! It was very strange..Please help.. thank you. :(

It depends on a lot of factors but if I had to take a stab in the dark I would guess that he probably is crying because he has revealed something that he has tried to keep hidden and is a bit emotional (just because you were able to figure it out does not mean that he knew that you knew that he likes you and this may be something that was hard for him to say) There is the possibility that he has noticed how you act towards him and he knew when he told you that his heartfelt longing was a perilous plight that will lead to nothing but heartbreak.
Letting a secret out is like experiencing a little death inside, The secret desires we hold are part of who we are and when that secret is told that part dies.
Have you led this guy on, flirted with him, or asked for favors or help from him that you might ask from a "special someone" if so, you may be partially at fault for his built up emotions, if not it just could be that you match up with his idealized vision of the "perfect woman"
I would recommend that you make sure that you are not sending him mixed messages. If you have done this already, then just leave him alone, more interaction with you will probably hurt him more.
We have been told, as guys, for a long time that women like sensitive guys and not to bottle up our feelings, it could be that he is trying to win you over by expressing his sensitive, this is not very likely, but definitely possible.
Most likely he just has to much emotional pain pent up and he knew half way through telling you what your response would be and his heart had already started breaking.

ok for a guy to cry, he's either a great actor or he really is crazy about you and it hurts to even talk about it. if you dont like this guy then just go ahead and tell him that he has no future with you but benice about it. and dont hang out with him as much as usual and give him so space. he needs to move on.

Well, a real man isnt afraid to cry. But I would tell him that you dont like him the same way he likes you. Tell him there is someone else out there for you.

He likes you a lot and wants you to be your boyfriend. Guys who like girls a lot just ask for a date and take it slowly so they won't say no. He had guts in telling you he likes you or loves in this case. If you want to be his girlfriend say you like him and even if you hate him say you like him. He will be heart broken if you say you don't like him. Then he will never ask for a date or something. This same thing happened to my friend 2 years ago. OK now this is my question, WELL FROM A GUYS POINT OF VIEW, i would say that is true, i cried over my girl for over 45 mins. not just onces MANY times and NO we are not playing around when we cry, it means we really love them and that we would get real hurt if we cant have u, if a guy cries over u ITS TRUE!!TRUST ME!! i did it before and it wasnt just cus i wanted something it was TRUE LOVE!! bye

he is verry sensicitive. he must REALY like u alot. the only time a sensitive guy ever crys in fround of his love is when he is talking to u about you. he must like u alot. by the sounds of it he is taking it farther than u want to go. he must be verry imbarrested so next time u see him dont be afrade if he dosent talk to you of he is shy because he just imbarresed him self. try to help tell him your feelings. try not to make him think about when he cryed. guys like us dont like to cry we like to be the supeareer.

why is it alright for women to get sensitive, but as soon as a man shows signs of sensitivity there must be something wrong with him? Maybe he just really likes you and is upset by the fact that it seems he has no chance, guys have feelings too you know!

it can be very frustrating for someone to feel unrequited love. have you ever felt strongly for a guy who didn't feel the same? that's how he's feeling right now. he just wanted you to know how he really feels.
