Perhaps phrasing your question in a manner more like is Mexico racist for enforcing their southern borders with Guatemala and Belize.
Common penalties for illegally coming into Mexico from their southern borders from what I have read are 10 years in jail and its not uncommon that they just get shot.

Mexico is enforcing their southern border and to the point of abusing the people who try to come into their country illegally.
When the U.S.A. tries to defend their southern border its another story.
Where is the justice? If Americans would go into Mexico raising the U.S. flag over the Mexican flag there would be big trouble for these U.S. citizens. Hispanic students have raised the Mexican flag over the U.S. flag and nothing happens to them.
Where is the justice?
I know the U.S.A. has its faults but where else can people come and get all the benefits we enjoy? Tell me and I will go there as I am insurance and tax poor supporting our liberal system.

Firstly, Spain didn't steal slaves, they bought them. Secondly, Central Americans, hell Hispanics of all nations, skin color varies. It goes from light to dark skin. There is no middle ground. Thirdly, if they did protect their borders, that's their problem, not ours. They are protecting themselves but in that same breathe, I think they are hypocrites for doing so. When they have a problem with the United States putting up fences and such to protect our borders from their citizens.

Okay first of all Central Americans are not dark-skinned, myself being one I know that I am much lighter than most Mexicans. This does not matter anyway, Secondly your theory about Spain having more slaves is totally wrong.

Actually there is more dark skinned people in Mexico than in Central America but anyways they do that probably because it makes them feel superior but the thing is that people just go by there to get to the united states

HA HA HA! What a joke, how you create urban myths to defend your theories! Central Americans are darker than Mexicans? LOL. No Central American migrate to Mexico, that's ridiculous, the US right on their side and they'll stay in Mexico LOL. The Mexican border is as open as your mother's pussy.
Central Americans darker than Mexicans, LOL LOL LOL. Maybe because they are nearer the Equator, right? LOL LOL LOL.

what about white slavery? - anyway- it ultimately isn't the skin color that's the problem-
it's career politicians who screw there own countries and create bad economics and victimize working people - so they need to find a 'better life" somewhere -
there are geniuses who would much better for world econ - if the politicians loosen the death grip they have on the people-
these people violate public trust habitually - and everyone suffers - even them! (gawd! - greed blinds humanity)
