No matter what they say, UV rays are always dangerous. Yeah yeah, your body needs vitamin D, and that is synthetized with the help of UV rays, but you only need like a minute of LIGHT, not direct sunlight to make it. UV rays activate melanine in your skin, which is nothing more than your body trying to protect from the sun... anyways, I know I won't be a cause for you not to use tanning beds... so... start with like 10 mins, once a week... 2 or 3 times (your skin needs to get used to it... it burns) and then increase it to 15 mins, but they know better, ask them, and they will give you the appropriate plan, as you skin is so fair. Then... Once a week is more than enough, an you will feel your skin getting dry... but, once again, you are not going to listen to me... the maximum then... 2 times a week.
UV rays accelerate the aging process and could start the process of skin tumors... yeah, cancer.
Once a week!
