i would suggest COSTA RICA people are friendly beautiful rain Forrest beaches and is the only country with no army they be live in world peace have fun

There are a couple of. I love the relief of my room. I love NYC. And there's a room within the Met within the Egyptian Wing. It is the Temple Room. It could be very serene. The first time I went as a child, I fell in love with it. I love Sydney. There is slightly seashore at the north facet of the Harbour that's a tiny speck of sand that has essentially the most lovely rocks and has a killer view of the skyline. Again, very peaceable. If I lived there, I can see that I could spend plenty of time there.

London, Berlin, Amsterdam, Prague, etc. Most European capitals meet your criteria. Prague is amazing, and Berlin and London are world class cities.
