go to petfinder.com.....this is a site for rescue groups.....just enter your Zip code, and enter breed wanted, and be AMAZED at how many great choices you have !!.....i recently adopted a Great Pyrenees mix from them, and my dog Sylvester is awesome !!.....check it out.... try it.....do a good deed.....adopt a Samoyed today !!!.....good luck to you, in your search for a Samoyed as a new pet !!!!.....most adoptions run between $ 50 to $ 200 maximum, for a wonderfull dog, who will be very happy to be your new pet !!!

You can contact a referral representative for the Samoyed breed on AKC's site. Look for the Samoyed name on the list and click on the person name to get the email address. The referrals are for breeders recognized throught the Samoyed Club of America which is dedicated to preserving and improving this breed.
A quality breeder will allow you to tour their kennel facilities, have photos of show winners, keep journals of their breeding practices, ask you questions of concern and answer your questions. Please research the breed standard so that you will be better informed and able to identify a quality puppy.
There is also a Samoyed rescue club, you may want to give a rescued Samoyed a loving home. I loves rescue clubs because they help keep these beautiful dogs from being euthanized at animal shelters.

You can go to the Web site and look it up on the enter net. Your local dog show association would be able to assist you. I would go to a personal breeder before I went to the pet store. Maybe put an add in the paper.

in case you sense like a touch highway vacation, you may want to attempt Hodak's on Gravois/12 th highway and Russell, in basic terms about downtown, or Gallagher's in Waterloo. Hodak's is less costly and serves huge parts, very laid lower back atmostphere, type of between Applebees and an section bar. Gallagher's is more effective expensive, serves relations type, and that chicken dinner is in common words on Sunday. you want a reservation there.

i live in ohio and i dont know where to tell you to look, but it seems like you have some good answers. i just wanted to say that we have a samoyed. our second one and i just wanted to say you wont be sorry. they are very sweet and loving dogs. they like everyone. good luck.

Check with your local Vets to see if there are any in your area. You can even post with them for one. Also check with the humane societies, sometimes they have records of people who have dogs, even full blooded dogs.
