get the "5-hour energy" drinks.

they're actually concentrated shots that come in small red, yellow & black bottles. they really do work for roughly 5 hours, and there isn't that crash feeling.

i know i sound like a commercial, but i tried em, and they really do work.

Any drink with a healthy amount of caffeine will do it for you (Red Bull, Jolt Cola, Mountaini Dew, coffee) if you're looking for something healthier without all the sugar (which can cause energy spikes and crashes), try something high in vitamin C, potassium and electrolytes like Emergen-C. It comes powdered in individual packets and you add it to water.

Personally, I like Hibiscus tea, hot or cold, with lots of lemon in it. But if you're gonna be hard core about it, nothing's better than good strong coffee.

Don't use energy drinks; you'll crash.

It's better to drink something with long-lasting energy; try a protein drink.
