i'm 17 and he's 18.
i have been going out with a guy for 4 months. ever time i see him i get butterflies but today it sort of changed. we looked at eachother and it was different....i can't explain it but i think i'm falling in love with him. i never thought about it much but i don't think i really ever believed that people actually feel in love but now i'm confused, because i think i am falling in lvoe with him....but maybe i'm not because i'm not sure if i believe in it! what is going through my mind!? do you think i am or it's something else...
he is truely an amazing guy, i like him for him and he likes me for me = we've never had sex, don't plan to.

I think most people would describe your feelings as "falling in love". You might want to ask yourself if this isnt love what else would you call it?

Hi, While I'm sure it feels really wonderful what you are experiencing is not "love" but rather very intense romantic feelings known by many names. You are feeling the effects of body chemistry caused by mutual attraction. You may also be responding to the effects of being lonely.
True "love" is not something you will know until you are a few years older.
I do not intend any slight but am simply being direct and honest. You are, I'm sure, a very sincere person but "true love" is something that goes beyond: physical attraction, fantastic chemistry, having things in common, etc.
I'm sure you'll figure it all out soon though.

love is not something you believe in or not. some people are fortunate enough to feel it once ot twice. and its a really hard thing to find. when you fall in love you know it. so please dont throw away such a beautiful by putting a barrier around your heart because you "dont believe in love", its like you saying that you dont think you love your friends because you dont believe in love. i know it different but even though there are different kinds of love, love is love. its one of the few amazing and good things that are left in this world. enjoy it and be happy.

Yes honey, sounds like you're in love. I had that feeling very soon after meeting my boyfriend and you can't explain it but you just know!!! It's like there's a deeper thing going on, thats more than just hanging out and dating.

Well it is very hard to answer this question because you seemed to be unsure of your feelings. I say wait til you absolutely sure that your in love with him and not just in the infatuation process. kudoz to keeping yourself!

I can agree on that you really do care about this guy but may be its not quiet love yet...
Only you can tell if you are truly in love...
