No, your hair will grow at the usual rate for you no matter what shampoo you are using. The only thing you can do is try to avoid damage to your hair by not abusing the hair dryer or curling iron. And hair dye can make your hair brittle so it breaks off and appears to not be growing.
Some people think the mineral selenium, taken in vitamin form, can keep your scalp healthy which may help your hair stay strong.

Hair is dead matter, it grows at the rate it grows and shampoo, conditioners or other treatments will have no effect. Typically hair grows at the rate of 1 to 2 cm a month.
In some women hair grows faster during pregnancy but that's because of hormonal changes in the body.
Rate of growth can be slowed by unhealthy eating, illness, drugs etc but nothing speeds it up.

No but when I can't afford Matrix sleek look the only other shampoo and conditioner I use is the Length& Strength and everyone keeps asking me if I got extensions :P
So I love it and I honestly think the only thing that can help hair grow after trying everything is protien..good diet...hormones and TIME

No. It just helps keep it strong so you don't have to cut is as much, and so it doesn't break so easily. I use the 'long and strong' conditioner, my hair is very split-end prone. i started using it after i cutting my split ends and haven't gotten new ones. And i guess it depends on your type of hair, but mine hasn't gotten greasy or gross like someone here said. I actually like fructis.

No, and don't believe the hype about it protecting your hair either. The only thing that will cause your hair to grow is nutrients that you ingest. I personally drink a lot of milk, and eat a lot of cheese, and drink yogurt smoothies, and notice my hair lengthening and strengthening because of that. I've also heard that gelatin is good.

I doubt it, I used it for a week and the Alpha Hydroxy Acids from the fruit extracts in the shampoo irritated my scalp and caused a rash.

It makes my head itch. I've tried both the shampoo and conditioner because it smells good. It wasn't worth the itching, and it made my hair greasy.
