my mom works hard and long hours to keep the family in good condition, send me to the best high school in california, provides me with the best, gives me art/piano lesson. But recently she looks tired and unhealthy and i asked her how she feel, she said, "she doesn't feel good and she gets headache all the time" and she even said,"i might have cancer". this scares me because i love my mom and i can't live without her. She eats crackers, instant noodle, cake, coffee, and many other unhealthy food in her office. even though i had talked to her about eating healthy already. she continues eating unhealthy because IT'S CONVIENT. what can i do to help her? should i prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner for her??

She seems to be going through a lot of stress. Why don't you life some of the pressure for your mom like wake up earlier and make her a healthy breakfast and lunch. if you get home before she does, maybe your should also make her dinner.

Encourage your mom to seek medical attention & offer to go with her. I'm not sure why she said she may have cancer & she shouldn't have told you that, because of course now you're worried. Don't worry about something that hasn't been diagnosed. Yes, by all means, if you have the time, prepare some healthy meals for mom & maybe you can talk to her about taking a multivitamin too. Eating all the wrong foods & not getting adequate exercise can make a person feel sluggish. I applaud you for being so concerned about your mom. Your mom is lucky to have someone who is so concerned.

The first thing you need to do is get her to a doctor for her annual physical if it is almost time for that. If you are not sure what month she has her yearly physical in then ask her. If it has been a while encourage her to see the doc early and get things checked out. How about packing her healthy lunches in a cool lunch bag that you probably buy at the $1 store.

It would be really sweet of you to make breakfast and a lunch for her to take to work. Tell her that you are concerned and that you love her. Help around the home as much as you can. Maybe you could put a little note on her breakfast plate or in her lunch sack that says something like "Mom, I love you and care about you, please go see a doctor for a check up". Love ____________

Stress seems to play alot here. Cooking would help her out alot.
Pack her a healthy lunch and cook a good balance supper for her and also suggest to her about getting a check up with her doctor.

Show your mother this web site here: http://www.sharemanna.com

Maybe that will scare her into taking care of herself for once.
