Literally, you would translate like that:
“I have nothing left but my eyes to cry”
You want to convey the feeling that you lost everything and you are now so sad that you cry, and since you’re crying, that means you still have your eyes obviously, which is the only thing you have left, or so you feel that way. Usually, this situation happens when you lose a loved one which makes you feel that you lost everything because everything else does not matter. I do not think there is an expression in english that would mean the same but I am french so what do I know?
Maybe “I am left with nothing but my tears" would be an equivalent...

I'm only having my eyes to cry
As for the expression in English.... No idea, would one in Spanish help?
Sólo mis ojos lloran, pues mi corazón de tanto que duele ya no siente.
hehe, ok, I'll live poetry for another time (it's not a expression we have but one I just wrote down now.

English slang would be "I cried myself out." Or even "I cried a river." Both mean to cry and cry until you can't possibly cry anymore.
Literal translation: "I don't have anything more than my eyes to cry."

I only have my eyes to cry with. I think "I cried an ocean" is sort of similar.
