Graff, Tiffany's, Bulgari, Mappin and Web - all have fine jewellery on sale - at very FINE prices - ranging up to the millions. A little walk along New Bond Street in London is enough to make your jaw drop! Hatton Garden is the best place - not cheap at all, but very fair. Known as the Jewellery Quarter of London
