This is called Sleep Paralysis, has nothing to do with sex. I have had it too. A part of your brain wakes up and another part that controls your motor functions is still 'asleep' so to speak. It has happened to me where I can hear everything going on, you can think clearly, etc. you are completely awake, but you just can't move. I have snapped out of it by trying to move and yell. I read that you are better off to just relax, but that is better said than done! It causes almost a suffocating feeling. My wife, and others think I'm making the whole thing up, but there are many articles out there on it. Good news is, it is harmless.

I had that once and the doctor said it has something to do with a nerve in the brain that is awake when the rest of the body is still asleep

your coming down with a serious side effect of........ ...just kidding. i think your body is just so relaxed sometimes it may feel that way. i know i have woke up from sleeping and i just cant move. its like the brain isn't getting the signal or something is blocking it.you t try to move and you cant. nothing to worry about. i don't know what you would call it but its scary when it happens. but it always go away.

It is a supernatural thing. I forget what it's called, but it also happened to my daughter (she was NOT) thinking about sex. Did you also feel a pressure on your chest holding you down? I have heard about this from other people too. It must be very scary!

I don't think it has anything to do with what you were thinking about!!! Just one of those things that can't be explained!!!
