do you have any suggestions on getting his interest back. what are sweet and nice things you think i can do to make him feel special and rekindle the feelings he had for me? i'm looking for actions that won't be depicted as psycho, pathetic or desperate.

Need a bit more info - like do you have contact with him regularly? I personally think you are wasting your time as an ex is an ex for a reason but if you must try then invite him to the pictures - film you want to see but no-one able to join you type of thing - would he mind? If he has a new love then leave it well alone - that does not look good and you will regret it for the rest of your life.

I think it depends on the break up and why you guys broke up at first place. If you were the one, who broke the relationship, you might need to make a lot of effort to make him trust you again. If it was him, I would move on and let him win your heart back.

try doing what he wants to do some of the time,
and feel what he is feeling.
