If your having sexual intercourse and you didnt tell him "no" or "stop", but what you did do is try to push him off. And you tried to pull it out. All the boy is doing is telling you to calim down. Is that considered rape?

If you initially consented but then changed your mind I'm not sure it would be considered rape. The boy may have told you to calm down with the intention of trying to find out what was wrong. If you are not physically or emotionally harmed, I would chalk this one up to experience and in future avoid getting into a similar situation if I'm not sure I want to have sex.

In Cosmo girl magazine, it had an article on something very similar to this. It says "Rape is: Sex without clear agreement from both people OR resulting from intimidation or threats, sex with someone lacking clear judgement because the person is asleep, very drunk, drugged, under another influence, or mentally ill, or when an adult has sex with someone under the age consent (16 to 18 in most states). This is called stautory rape. Rape may not be: sex you later regret-if at the time you gave the impression you wanted to have it (either verbally or with body language), saying no at first but then willingly having sex, or voluntarily having having sex after being pressured just a little. Unless you were pressured at an extreme ( the law calls this 'duress or coercion'), it MAY not be considered rape." I omitted like, two because from what you told us, I knew it wasn't that. Sorry its so long. Hope this helped.

Ok, you just basically gave yourself the answer... If you didn't tell him "stop" or "No" or "quit"... or if you have a 'safe' word and didn't use it then, there's not much you can do... you'd need some kind of proof. If you guys have sex on a regular basis, and you try to bring this to a judge, he'll most likely over-rule and dismiss the case... it's a hard thing to do, cause now if you're waiting to determine what to do you've pretty much locked yourself... you have 72 hours from The initial 'event' to report something, because the police will want to do an investigation, and check for sperm res ado...

good luck

I consider this rape in the dictionary rape is

1. the unlawful compelling of a woman through physical force or duress to have sexual intercourse.
2. any act of sexual intercourse that is forced upon a person.
3. statutory rape.
4. an act of plunder, violent seizure, or abuse; despoliation; violation: the rape of the countryside.
5. Archaic. the act of seizing and carrying off by force.
–verb (used with object) 6. to force to have sexual intercourse.
7. to plunder (a place); despoil.
8. to seize, take, or carry off by force.
–verb (used without object) 9. to commit rape.

If you consider that any of these things took place then it is considered rape... I think you should call the police

Rape is being forced to do something you don't want to do... I think you should talk to some one and Call the police...

If he is disregarding your signals of dismofort and lack of desire to proceed, he is in effect doing something ot you against your will; it is difficult to say rape because you didn't explicitly say no, --in the typical LEGAL sense-- You just 'signaled' no with body language. Find out from police if this can still be something in your defense.
I still think it was non-consensual, or non-willing on your part, therefore it was a violation to you.
In an easier way, it can be defined as perverse- any act that disregards the experience of another, or that takes away the human dmenion of another person rendering them just as an 'ends to a means' for someone elses pleasure, or as an object per say, is perversion. Perversion can be criminal.

Sorry that had to happen to you, he should have listened, not overridden what you felt and expeirenced!:(

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TELL THE POLICE THE SITUATION AND HAVE THEM EXPLAIN YOUR RIGHTS TO YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MIxed signals, here. Why did you not just say, "Please stop?" Depending on how familiar you are with each other when in the throes of passion, he may have mistaken your actions for a desire to change positions, whatever. He still should have stopped, though. Could always start over again.

Bottom line, you have the right to change your mind, even after it's begun.

nope, that isnt rape. because rape is something you REFUSE and struggle to get out of. and if the boy was telling you to calm down, then you should've calmed down and tell him NO. i think you should've said a firm no or stop, because he might try doing that to you again, not knowing if you like it or not.

properly for the reason that he's mentally challenged it can't be considered rape. yet nonetheless you should tell a doctor or police or some thing. actual now to not positive, because what he's doing is incorrect. also you should search for this on google like below the rape portion of a regulation.
