Well, im 19, pretty mature now. Ive been dating my high school sweetheart for 3 years now, and we haven't gone really far, and we both think were ready for something other than casual movies. We both have alot of things in common and go to the same college. So, can anyone tell me if im ready to go for it? If so, give some tips on how to get there, and what to do. (im a virgin)

Rent some steamy movies with lots of romantic interludes (stick to R rated or NC-17), to get ideas about how to get there. If one particular movie is something you think would turn him on, share it with him.
If you're curious what to do next, the mechanics of it, there are plenty of research resources on the net - or you could just give it a shot and do whatever feels good.

If you are unsure whether or not you should have sex with your bf then you shouldn't take a step back and wait. wait until you are definitely certain that you want to go forward and have a more physical relationship than you have right now. even more so if you have to ask other people if you are ready than you're not, you're still uncertain. you don't want to set yourself up for a disappointment if you and your high school sweet heart break up after you've had you're first time.
*e-mail or IM me if this helped.

Why ask us if you're ready. When you're ready you'll do it without asking us. Only a kid, <13, doesnt have the capacity to know but you're an adult, you should know when.
If I were you, Ill start moving slowly around the bases. You cant jump from kissing to full blown hardcore, so take it easy, spend some time on each base, you have a lot of time to explore.

Look sex isn't something to do when you're bored. If you can't find ways to stay involved with each other outside the bedroom, then there are problems in the relationship.
Wait for marriage. It's worth it.

That is so not-a-question to ask on this type of forum. That is a very personal decision that only you can answer. You will know when the time is right and if you're questioning the timing....it must not be the right time....Good Luck!

It sounds like you've taken this relationship thing seriously and have gotten to know each other pretty well. It sounds like you're ready.

get condoms, maybe some alcoholic beverages for relaxing, and let nature take it's course; a week later you two will be like rabbits

If you have to ask others if you are ready, then you aren't...Don't rush into having sex until you are certain that he is the one.
