At some point it becomes lying, no?

For instance, if you continually misrepresent the suppositions or conclusions of the theory despite being informed that you are misrepresenting them.

In case you are wondering, I have have read both Behe and Dembski and have read works by straight creationists to the extent that I adequately understnad what their positions are.

At what point? Immediately. All of the evidence is there. To teach that the earth is 6000 years old is a deliberate lie. To further try to bend the truth to fit what they want is sociopathic. (example: creationism taught at the grand canyon).

At what point does the THEORY of evolution go from being an exercise in speculation to an exercise in deceit?

At some point it becomes lying, no?

At what point would the ABSOLUTE denial of Creation become an exercise in being close minded and to ignorant to listen to the views of what many consider to be THE actual beginning?

Same thing, only different

Get off your high horse. I used to be an evolutionist for 20 years; I knew all the arguments and I used to get online just like you and tell creationists how stupid they were for believing what they did. The problem is that YOU have never even listened to the scientific facts supporting the other side of the argument, so you are just as closed-minded and religious as you claim we are. After viewing a 15-hour seminar on creation science, I dropped evolution like a hot potato and became a young-earth creationist. I even plan on teaching it at a local community college soon.

It is an excercise in deceit, even if its just self deceit. People come at this subject with minds clamped shut. They might as well say "Dont confuse me with facts." I dont know if its possible to be truly open to scientific inquiry if you have your mind made up about the origin of life before you even start.

Dew point.

These egoist are making science God and worshiping men.

Evidently they are not aware of what is written in God's Word.

They may have read the Bible like a novel but never studied it.

To deny all evolution is to deny that all dogs came from one kind of dog and all cats came form one kind of cat and so on. Science has used evolution to manipulate crops and create new kinds of vegetables for our consumption.

Evolution theory is a theory. I do not dwell on it too much. It is not close to my heart, God is. I believe He is the Creator.
