if she does not have periods then no she cannot.

You have you periods when an egg is released and so the lining of the uterus thickens to prepare for the egg. If the egg is not fertilised then the lining just passes out through the vagina.

So basically - if you don't have periods then no eggs are being released.

I think you need to rephrase your question..
Are you saying that you or your girlfriend never had a period... Or are you saying that you had sex and she/you hasn't gotten her period this month.

Just becuz she hasn't gotten her period this month doesn't mean she pregnant she could be anemic and has an irregular pattern...
I think she / you need to take a pregnancy test..
