I think it is a pretty odd place to place an obituary. Who really cares to know? Do they expect sympathy or something?

Because it makes them feel better. I suspect that's the same reason people set up road side shrines also.

Ummm...yes! It does make them feel better! It's just a bumper sticker, it's not hurting anybody! What do you care?! Maybe someone should get some sympathy when their four year old kid dies of leukemia! *pbbt*

its just in memery of a loved one, or some one that they care about i know a lot of my friends that served with me in Iraq will put there friends that didnt come home on there car, and some of the spouses will too. dont knock it untill you loose someone close to you........
