And i don't even like him that way! i ack that way around all my guy friends. and he's not going to leave his girlfriend for me, i wouldn't let him.

I am sorry to burst your bubble, but there's no way you can "accidentally" flirt. I've been in your situation before and looking back, I was flirtting on purpose. You'll see it too once you're out of the situation.

If you "just happen to flirt by accident" then don't go. I just wonder what a guy is doing at a baby shower. Baby showers are like baccalaureate parties, no guys aloud.

Another thing, its crap when you say that you flirt by accident. In know it, you know it. Your friend just had a kid with someone else. You have feelings for him, but if you really were a friend you would keep you distance, so the baby can grow to know its daddy. You don't need to "accidentally" flirt and make him leave the baby's mom, do you?

Honestly, I think you are going to do more than just "support him". So please be honest with yourself and realize that before you go.

You need to say hello, give your gift and then mingle with other people. Don't try to give him the eye from across the room. If you don't want to flirt then don't. There is no such thing as accidental flirting.... and you also don't want to cause any problems with his "baby's mama". She may already be a little against you coming, but is trying to be mature about the whole thing.

Basically, just keep it real>>>> You wouldn't want it done to you!!!

Why is this in the hair section?

Don't worry about his friendship. If it's there it will come naturally.
I think you need to be honest with yourself about what you REALLY want from this guy.
