The good thing about acne is its not life threatening, it is just a skin problem and does not affect your general health. The reason we get this skin complaint especially teenagers, is that during puberty oil glands in our skin start producing an oily substance called sebum. This substance is not all bad, it is an important ingredient that is there to lubricate the skin, we would dry up with put it. But some time things go wrong, in this case the wall of the oil gland breaks and the oil spills out (sebum) on to the skin, and this then causes the swelling and redness to that area then a pimple appears. But we not finished yet there is worse to come. There is the bacteria problem, that normally lives on the sebum produced by the skin oil gland called propionibacterium acnes. The problem is this bacteria multiplies which causes the inflation , and you now have acne. if you would like to learn more and about the best remedys click on the lnk below

first choc does not give you spots, ive seen many programes saying that, depends on your skin type,if you are feeling low or not eating well that may show on your skin.sudocrem is great for spots rashes etc,try not to touch face and use to much makeup.drink plenty aswell, and i dont mean booze lol

Stress could be a factor but the chocolate is not.More likely are hormonal changes.

it sounds like bacterial infection, as it clears with witch hazel
u might need to get rid of anything that might be contaminted(make-up brushes, maybe foundation etc). might be worth checking out this site, I find it has good info on alternatives, eg it mentions eating bananas. Please type in acne in search for all results'

It's the diet, and the fact you are stressing about them. and putting stuff on them, i don't put anything on my face, and if i do i get dry skin as your skin get amune to it.

If i get a spot i put toothpaste on it over night then in the morning WASH it off don't pick it cos wat it does it drys it out if you pick it off the whole thing with come with it and will bleed. toothpaste is brillant just wash it off in the morning. sounds wierd but works. try.
