No he isn't. He is one the greatest figures in human history. Many western scholars have named his the greatest leader of all time thus far. Hadiths were compossed during political tentions between Shia and Sunnias and 200 years after Prophet Muhmmad's death. They are not accurate and have very contradicting writings. It is well known among historians that Prophet Muhammad married Aisha Bint Abu Bark when she was in her late teens. From historical dates and evidence it is impossible for him to have married her at the age of nine. She was born circa 605 C.E. and prophet Muhammad didn't take on wives after his first passed until after 622 C.E.

I'm sure many Muslims of today think this was wrong and sure would not give their children for such a man. But they can't even let their conscience come up with a thought of rejection otherwise it would become clear what kind of Man they are following. Rather than using their brain they come up with all sorts of excuses and scientific statements to justify their Prophet's behavior. Rejecting their Prophet would mean to reject Islam.

remember the idea of an age of consent is relatively recent thing. the text you are referencing is far, far older.
In the modern western world, our views on the age people become adults varies, some countries it is 21, others it is 16. If you check on the web, many countries have different laws on what the age of consent is.
in short the idea of an age of consent was unknown to the people of the time. even in our countries.

Oh this is getting shameful as an anti-Muslim argument. Come ON. Science has already proven that around Jesus' time women were giving birth to children, menstruating earlier than modern girls, around as young as their pre-teens. So was Mary a victim of pedophilia? NO. Stop the madness!

Did you see the long copy/paste answer? It tried to claim that if an adult man marries many older women and one 9 year old, he's really NOT a pedophile because he only had marital sex with ONE small child.

you have to keep in mind when you are reading scripture from any historical literature that PEOPLE translated those books from various different languages for various different reasons. meanings and uses of words change over time.
