Yeah it is very difficult and some people can go through life without ever feeling the need to go down that path. I was in love once and thought i was last year too. But I do think I made some bad choices on both occasions. I also think I had a good time with both guys but the second guy was just an idiot and i knew it from the first date and still went through with seeing him more. The simple fact is that we need to watch who we fall for, try to hold back a bit until you get to know the person and watch out for characteristics in them that show they may be bad news. Some guys are out to just use people and most of them show their nature and give clues straight away so you can avoid sleeping with them and being used. I dont think you have to go out and be with anyone if you feel uncomfortable about it, unless you feel like youre missing out on something or really need it or really want the marriage and kid stuff I wouldnt bother.

because your stuck...if you have been hurt before your catious and its not fair on the other person
if you fall in love and it doesnt work out you feel like a complete idiot and keep asking yourself why it happened. love is blind to many people.
its painful for me because i get used to having someone to tell everyhting to and that just make me feel good. then it ends. where does the love go? its sitting in you helpless and miserable....time heals it thats the hard part living everyday without the same company until you love again....its a **** process but its life.
i find the worse part of it all is when you have nothign to do and your sitting at home alone and you keep thinking over and over in your head what happened and whats he doing etc.so make sure you get out there and have distractions!

falling in love is not painful its a feeling which cannot be described feels like flying high without wings everything is hearts and roses!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but breaking of heart is painful means something is lacking somewhere which is breaking a relationship

in order to better a relationship you have to go through the different type's of hurdle's and the only way you could build and make your relationship better is when you make it through those hurdle's
