The US has 130,000 Soldiers, sailors, airmen, and Marines in Iraq.
First, such a list would be pages long. There is no reason why anyone would need a list of names that long.
Second, that information is protected by the US Department of Defense for the security of those Soldiers and their families.
Names of those killed in Iraq is public information, see the link below.

That information isn't available to anyone unless they have the proper security clearances and the need to know.
Do you meet those requirements? Very, very few do.

That would be top secret. If people could find out information like that imagine the advantage an enemy would have over you.

You can't unless you have a really high security clearance. I can name 14 though.
