I feel as if I'm drinking water, but i'm always thirsty, i have alot of pressure almost feels like someone is standing on my lower back.

It sounds like toximia, but your best bet is to go to the doctor and have some tests run. You could also have something wrong with the kidneys. Get it checked out the sooner the better. Your better safe than sorry.

Swollen kidneys condition is called Nephritis,
However, You sound like you have Toxaemia. The thirst is a symptom of this condition. There may be other factors as well that give rise to this thirst. It is difficult to pass an informed medical opinion on such a sketchy set of symptoms. i suggest you seek medical aid first hand.
Go to a GP or Hospital and have a complete checkup including swallowing of a Radio active dye to determine the kidney/ bladder function. To delay treatment could result in serious complications

I know after a good night of drinking i've bruised my kidneys, and my liver.
