I want to go a little vacation maybe a long weekend, but somewhere hot and where I can maybe party a little, maybe some time in March or April? I'll be going with a guy, so somewhat romantic... I need this, bad. Stress!

My wife and I went to the Mayan Riviera south of Cancun last May. Great beaches. Great sun. We found a place called Viva Wyndham Maya. It is an all-inclusive beachfront resort. The food was good. The nightly entertainment was good. And the price was awesome. We got it for $158 per night for BOTH of us. I think the rate is about $200 per night per room now but that's still good. I saw another place called Akumal Resort I think that is also all inclusive that is about $155 per room at that time.
The Viva Wyndham Maya is closer to the town of Playa Del Carmen, though, so there will be more off resort night life availabe if you want that. I think Akumal is kinda isolated so you'll be pretty much at the resort unless you want to get a taxi. The water at Akumal is more calm because of an off shore protective reef there.
Also, the ferry to Cozumel is in Playa Del Carmen, so if you want to go to Cozumel Viva Wyndham Maya would also be more convenient. Google both of these and you can see the resorts on line. Hope this helped.

Virginia beach, VA look online for a KOA site (kampgrounds of America) you'll get a great deal on a cabin, it's easy to find cheap food, the beach is awesome, the have a pool and the works at the camp site. There is a bush Gardens close by. My other fav. is St. Augustine, FL It is so beautiful there and they have a ton to do. There's a beach, cheap food, a bunch of really cool things like ghost tours, 3D movie theaters, a Ripley & A wax museum. they have great combo pass for most of the museum stuff. It is so beautiful. The oldest city in the U.S. It reminds me of France. I went here when I was 16 with my 2 best friends it was so much fun! If your thinking about either place feel free to ask me some more questions. I live in western NY and Niagara Falls is really romantic too! It all depends on where your at?

where are you coming from?
I live in and love Florida. The Gulf coast beaches or Miami.
If you're in California it would be too far for a quick getaway.
