how do i know if canned shrimp has gone bad? smell ...texture etc...

u dont but canned shrimp has less flavor than fresh and texture tends to be more mushy

hmm, good question, and im not really sure of the answer, just make sure that you check to see if there is an experation date on it, and if not, try to remember when you bought it, if it has been over a year, then i would pitch it. and if you want to try seeing how bad it is by looking/smelling it then make sure that its not brown or anything, and if it has a really strong smell then im sure its bad.

Didn't know there were canned shrimps. Get fresh, so far succulent especially when grilled.
