is it a growth spurt if i grew 4 cm within 2 years?
thats the most i have grown the past years and im almost 16.. am i gonna still growing? like how muchh?

4cm in 2 years? hm.. no, not really. usually girls stop growing around 18. if you still want to grow taller, eat yams. alot of yams. they dont taste great at all, but if your desperate, hey, go right ahead!

I don't think that's considered a growth spurt... I have no idea if you will get taller or not, it differs between people, but don't worry... I'm 16 and I really haven't grown more than 1/4 inches in like 2 years. So if you are short, you aren't alone.
