does turning his phone off mean he doesnt like me?

my boyfriend has been ignoring me recently a bit and hasnt come over in a week or been on msn in the last few days, i was really upset earlier this evening and rung his phone twice and he didnt pick up then rung again and he had turned it off, is this a sign he doesnt like me???:( :(
