Uh, how about Gautama Buddha? He never preached genocide while trying to attain Nirvana. He never tricked a true believer (in a venal bet with Satan, of all folks) into losing his family, possessions and health. He never demanded another true believer to murder his own son. He just wasn't that psycho. And generally, I hear he was a nice guy. Plus, he's got his very own religion and most of those followers are pretty Zen, man. That Holy One of the Good Book, he was pretty fricking insecure. Sort of a drag to be a fan of. Who knew what he'd ask you to do? Love one day, kill the next. So flighty, that one! But Buddha, he just wanted people to attain perfect peace. No murder necessary. I will compare thee with him!

No one. However, clergymen ignore these words and elevate God's Son and the holy spirit to the same level as God by teaching the unscriptural doctrine of the trinity. Jesus NEVER did that. He told his followers at John 14:28 that: "the Father is greater than I am."

Depends on which holy one you're talking about, but I've never encouraged genocide! I can think of a few "holy ones" who have.

doesn't this sound like he whats us to be like him, why come little people like us, and then we turn away, and he crucifies his son for us, cuss we R not like him. my answer is as the great seeker I will be like U and desire all your Righteousness, if only U will teach me and show me how, I say in a prayer, I see U Jesus. long live the king and all his Righteousness. now if he answers his prayer or my prayer.U will all look like devils to me, so seek his face, learn the ways of Righteousness, and hate sin. wouldn't say hes my equal but we should be the same in Righteousness.
