You probably feed him at the same time every night and he is likely digesting his food at 7PM. Dogs sometimes have gas problems. Maybe you should take him out for a walk at 7 and help him along in the digestion process.

Due to the muck you feed em mate
give them a better natural foods diet and their gas wont smell
just like men

Their tea doesn't quite agree with them.

Try a different dog food!

Same with humans - those that eat healthily all of the time don't usually smell!

Sounds like its down to what you feed them. Try feeding them charcoal biscuits as that cuts down on the smell. You can get them from pet stores

He is probably digesting his food. If you want his to stop, all you need is to ask your vet what kind of food you should be feeding him and how much. Your probably feeding him to much at the time.

it is obviously when they have begun digesting their food! does your dog food have rice in it as that can make quite a lot of dogs windy!! try alternative dog food or at least a flavour which does not contain rice!!

dogs will gulp food so air gets in between the food then goes out that end

it could be the time of day your feeding him/her or the amount or even the type of food. try a different food see if it makes a difference.

do you mean blowing wind ? If so it is because what you have fed him. You do it dont you, Go to the pet shop and get some charcoal tablets, they wont stop him blowing but it wont smell.
