I don't think so. The 19 has a longer barrel and the Lasermax unit replalces the guide rod. I don't believe it will fit in with the shorter barrel.

The Glock 17 has a barrel length of 4.49" while the Glock 19 has a barrel length of 4.02". I am assuming that the Lasermax unit would be the same lenght of a full lenght guide rod and therefore would be about half an inch too long.

Yeah, dude above is right. Some parts are interchangeable between 17 and 19. However the guide rods are not the same.

To reiterate, NO.

This is why i shoot M1911.
