Yea there is...it's the same bar that offers free lapdances and drops $100 bills on the crowd at midnight....good luck!

Actually there are, but you'd have to pay attention to promotions in order to catch the free deals. I ran into a website tonite, so if you are really into this, I'd do an internet search.. Too bad you weren't asking about free food, ;cause there are several places that do that too.. even beyond happy hour..
I had to update this... I stumbled onto this website called myopenbar.com, it lists free drink specials all over NYC.. the free food i was referring to was a another gin mill called Rudy's ... where you can get free hot dogs all night (Owww, my aching - you fill in the blank) . I think they still do this, but not sure.
Sigh...those were the days...
and remember, too much of a good thing can be.. too much, besides, you are too old to get busted for alchohol poisioning or for being a drunken nuisance

Free food and drinks? WOW. I never heard of this. I come from a very small town though, so not alot of places to promote around here! Good luck finding one, and when you do, have a drink for me!
