True no one gets out alive but there is a better side and that is eternity for all who do the will of God for it. Heaven is real and that's why some turn to God on the end cause they know they desire all those religion things they heard and hope that they will go to the better side hoping to live forever. God is no fraud and is indeed real and once you know him one will be like peter in the bible when he was going to kill all those people and got enlightened by God and suddenly started believing and repenting.

Great question. Jean-Paul Sartre noted that Hell is other people. Nietsche lamented the death of God noting that man killed Him by not needing Him anymore.
Having said that, this question is based on the presumption that religion is all about going to hell/heaven. Honestly if Christianity was about that, I'd rather be a budhist. Sartre encourages us to choose freely and bear the responsibility of our choices. Aware of this I choose to know God. I believe that the Christian God is real- a God who really shows up in my life in real ways in everyday life. If this were not the case I'd rather just live in philosophy. Heaven is merely an afterthought b/c it's a choice to be with God forever. If someone doesn't want to know God here, why would they want to know Him forever. But, great question!

Personally I am not afraid to die. Because I believe that there is a better existence of spiritual life. I don't run to religion but rather I run to wisdom. If there were no God the Father, how can you explain how life is created. We exist for the sole purpose of serving God. Only those who are worth of eternal life will posess it. Sure there are frauds in the world because the sole purpose of satan is to make sure that we are seperated from God eternally. The word says they people like u will have eyes to see, but they will not see and ears to hear but they will not hear him.
So unless u believe that Jesus died for our sins Heaven will be the least of your worries!

if we the people could make this world a better place, we would have already done so. There is no "better" without God. Evidently you've had some negative experiences with religious people/ Christians, but we're not all like that. You are free to believe or not believe, as you choose but it does not change the truth.

Just because GOD and HIS origin cannot be explained, doesn't mean HE doesn't exist. HE sent HIS son, JESUS CHRIST, to this world to save us. A serious question: have you ever read any part of the Bible? There are so many things in there that JESUS did for people and so many things GOD did! How can you not believe? I love JESUS CHRIST and I love GOD! Heaven isn't made up. It's a real place. GOD isn't a fraud. GOD be with you!

I lived as a sinner in the displeasure of God for the first 18 years of my life.
I have lived as a child of God, under His care and favor, and have felt the gentle caress of His hand soothing my spirit a thousand times and a thousand times again. I have enjoyed His marvelous kindness and faithfulness and protection and His wonderful patience and forbearance in a thousand different ways. I have lived without fear and in peace for some 36 years now.
Frankly, I don't think you know what you are talking about.

actually, the religion does not hold a prejudice against you or anyone. Instead, people do. They are just as flawed as anyone. I am speaking of christians of course. They mess up too. They have unhealthy means of relating just like you and I do. God does not want that, at least not the God of the bible I have read. He says "come unto me all you who are weary and heavy laden and I will give you rest." Anyone telling you to convert for fear of death is leading you incorrectly.
It is not the fear of death that drags most people down in life. MOst folks I know do not fear death. Most folks I know fear life. It is this fear that leads people to seek something better. This is why there is appeal to the plea "come unto me all who are weary and heavy laden..." People who are afraid of life are very tired. They long for rest and it is not found in anything that the world offers. Things that the world offers only satisfy for a time. God promises to satisfy for ever.
Do not blame God or religion for what people do. People are flawed. Face it.

Um...I believe in the Divine, and I'm not afraid of death, I'd just rather not die because I'm having a great life. Not everyone who believes in an afterlife believes there's only one path to the Divine. Please don't lump the rest of us in with those "my way or the highway" religions.

If religious people worry you so much then why are you even bothering to post in a site that is about religion & spirituality. So life is meaningless, is that what you are trying to say.
