Poor circulation. If it is really bad like loss of feeling or stinging in cold weather see a doc. You could eventually lose your fingers if your circulation is that bad. Otherwise, just wiggle your fingers to get blood flowing to your fingertips.

Do you smoke cigarettes? If so, quitting smoking would help increase the temperature of your hands (and feet).
