I have been using Loreal Curl Memory Spray gel and Leave in conditioner every day for months and all of a sudden, my hair looks greasy (not like the healthy natural shine I'm used to)and I have dandruff. I didn't change shampoo or conditioner or anything like that. Why is this happening?

This is happening to you because you have an allergic reaction to the hair products or because the hair products are not good for your hair. Try another brand. If It continues, see a doctor.

You will need to alter your shampoo and conditioner as it may have reacted with your curl spray gel. Your scalp has been damaged by the chemicals in the two products.
I suggest the first thing you do to is get the greasy look out and start repairing the dryness of your scalp is to wash your hair in a solution of Cider Vinegar and Water. 400 mls to 600 of water.
Wet the hair and scalp thoroughly and leave on for a few hours before rinsing. This will take away the greasy look and impart a nice sheen to your hair.
Do this 2/3 times a week and use a mild shampoo designed for normal hair. Don't overuse shampoo as it is not good for your hair. The same with conditioers. Use one of the fruit essence types i suggest Apple in your case till you get the dandruff under control.

ok: there are two different kinds of dandruff. one you get when your scalp is to dry, the other you get when your scalp is to greesy. my suggestion is that you stop using those hairproducts now and switch to head and shoulders for a week and the continue using it whenever you get dandruffy. oh, but first make sure that your dandruff isn't dried hair gel!
