Independence Missouri Night Life?!?!?!?

Where can a guy go on a date to entertain a lady? Bars are okay but Im looking for something a little more intimate and just plain old fun. Thanks for the help.

independence has alot of nice restaurants i dunno if anything intimate is around independence i know there are alot of shops down town you should go to crown center thats a nice setting
