Drink a lot of warm liquids, eat soup to help your body warm up. I like sleeping or laying down, keep a tissue box and trash can next to me so i can be lazy and blow my nose where ever i am laying or sittin on my bed. Sleep always works well for me, i like to sleep when i dont feel good. Take a lot of vitiman c

This may sound weird but it really works to eat chocolate. I read it in a magizine. Look it up too! It's true.

drink a tea heat water up squeeze a lime or lemon in it then put a spoon of honey in it and and drink it
